hi, I’m Madeleine

and I’m in the middle of my life: nearly 30, married to a man I love, raising a houseful of little boys, and choosing daily to think on beautiful things.

I write often about motherhood, home, the disconnect between my desires and my actions, my sobriety, faith, and anything I find beautiful or interesting. Life is sweet & hard, messy & wonderful, and I want to stay present, documenting the happenings in my heart in the middle of it all.

My hope is that the women who find my writing find themselves nodding along, feeling understood and seen, seeing pictures of their own lives reflected in the bits of mine that I share.
